Looks like you may benefit from some Extra Restart Distance. This setting is located under the Extruder tab. It will tell the printer to extrude a little extra plastic each time it un-retracts, such as at the start of these outer perimeters, to fill in gaps. If this does not help things, then we wil...

Support told me that they haven't had a chance to test the Ender 5 Plus yet. I've been messing with mine.
