Oh, one more thing, Simplify generates toolchange on the first layer, no matter what, so the only way to get away with it (for what i know) is to manually remove the toolchange in generated Gcode file. If someone has a better solution, I am all ears. EDIT: well, i was just in the fixing that issue, ...
