Not only does the travel follow the outer perimeter, but the path seems unnecessarily complicated. I've attached a screenshot of a travel path to illustrate, and the corresponding part of the print. You can see that because the travel goes around a tight corner, the string goes outside the outline b...

Further to my previous post, I was using Contour, not Waterfall as I thought. Also, I notice that it was only happening on one extruder. Both extruders had the same settings, except the right (grey) extruder had Wipe set and the left (red) did not.

I'm having exactly the same issue using S3D 4.1.2. THe part prints smoothly but the ooze shield printing feels like the machine is going to disintegrate! Firmware is Sailfish. I am running a Malyan M180 from a Mac and I'm having exactly the same problem. The com port defaults to /dev/cu.Blutooth-Incoming-Port. In my case it should be /dev/cu.wchusbmodem14321. It does it whether or not the printer is on and connected, and even after I've used Simplify with the correct port...
