Speeding up start-of-print.
I'd like to make a request of Simplify3D that none of. the slicers I've used so far (intentionally ambiguous statement) have. The option to change the heating/home ordering for efficiency. Currently, it looks like: set bed temp ; wait for bed temp ; set extruder temp ; wait for extruder temp ; home....

+1 here too. Doing some g-code hacking it appears the CR10-V2 software (Marlin) does a fine job, I think coordinating with the ooze control (K factor, if I remember correctly.)
