Apparently yes? I have a tool change retraction distance of 55mm. If I set the extra restart distance to -55mm then it all works as expected. I just don't understand why I guess.

After months of being annoyed at tool1 not primimg for the first time it was used after tool0 I found this thread and script and inserted it and now I get the priming done as expected, but it over extrudes by quite a bit every change making a big blob. I think it would be nice to be able to set the first layer height in mm so regardless of layer height for print it could remain constant. I use varying layer heights for things that I print and it would cut down on time spent trying to get the first layer height right If I knew I always needed it to...
