check what com port you are using then go to machine control panel and make sure that the baud rate and the com port is set right .

Longer Cube2 connection issues
I have the longer Cube2 is a starter system. had problems with the software that it came with so i got Simplify3d. now i need help getting it set up right for the Cube2 it preheats and then nothing it just sits there. the Machine control panel don't read the temps but starts heating it.
