can i ask a BIG question that i would say most people who have bought this originally and had no updates since they purchased the software
Why is not the new update free or the first update at least ????????
what are others thoughts on this ???

I bought the software yesterday after looking and seeing the creality cr10 Max was compatible but on installing the software I cannot find my printer in the options I see from your posts you’ve had same issue did they send you the settings etc... ????? If I can’t get the settings I will just ask for...
