5.1.1 Ironing Top Layers
If I made no mistakes, the 5.1.1 does only Iron the upmost Top Layer, as the 5.1.0 Ironed all Top Layers.

I fully agree with you. I have 3 printers, all with different settings (different extruder holes etc), so I used to play a lot with speed and flow settings. Not happy with the new V5. It is not nice (never remove existing feature) to remove any existing feature, as you don't know how important they ...
