I seem to be having issues connecting to the printer as well. Our Method X is network connected. I cannot find the printer when doing a "scan." I've made sure all firewalls etc are off, and still no discovery. If I add the printer IP manually, it does find the printer. It gets the firmware...

Yes please!!! Benn using Simplify3D on my Replicator 2 for a long time. Just purchased a Method X, but miss my Simplify3D!!!!
