I experienced something similar. The path was perfect viewing in the software. The printer was shaking heavily while printing something supposed to be smooth. Luckily, It was the inner circle. Something like a hole of a cylinder. It didn't affect the aesthetic much. I thought it was my printer issue.

I don't understand your picture. I downloaded the file. Infill at layer 79 is missing. A quick fix suggestion for you. Change the bottom layer to 0,1,2,or 4. Either one works, no missing layer. Only bottom layer = 3 caused the problem. I don't know why. You can try. I attached 2 sections. One after ...

Is there a feature to locate possible hot spot and fix it? The hot spot means the nozzle repeats printing on a small area. Heat accumulated and melt the structure. I am new also. I think digging a hole onto the base work but the depth can only be one layer. Print the fast layer of the cylinder with higher temperature, slower and with the fan off. I think it will stick better.
