I don't see any T0 values in the gcode, so it definitely looks like the software is telling the printer to correctly use T1. Sorry - I'd forgotten that the semi-colon stuff is just comments. I should have known better. It was supposed to do the bed level checking with T0, then switch to T1 until end of print.
