Thank you again for your help. After looking into it further I was using a profile that wasn't suitable for the printer. After running the setup wizard I was able to find the right profile and now the bed heats up and the prints look fabulous. Case closed!

Thank you. The printer I have was given to me without a lot of explanation. It says Qidi Tech on the front. When I've searched I've found the Qidi Tech 1 which seems slightly different than this model. It does not have any sign of serial number or part info that I can see. I'll see if adding that pa...

Thank you for your reply. I had a duplicate post that had that information but wasn't approved. Here is the code in the file that I use to make a temperature tower to decide on proper temperatures.
