Thank you! This totally worked for me. I had these zits all over my prints but otherwise they came out fine (just needed to scrape the zits off with my thumbnail). I tried this but upped the Top layers to 6 from 3 (which was the default on my profile) just to prevent gaps which may come from underex...

Why is your extrusion multiplier at 2? What is your nozzle size? Set your first layer height to 300% (for 0.1mm primary layer height), your first layer width to 150, you extrusion multiplier to 1 and extrusion width to your nozzle diameter.
