The profile is still not in the configuration assistant.
I have already sent 2 messages that I am still missing the Snapmaker Artisan profile.
Yet still waiting to receive even acknowledgement that they received any of my messages.

Finding that this issue still exists (2022 version 4.1.2) for so many years really killed any enthusiasm for this software. I am still within 2 weeks refund and definitely this is the reason for a refund!
