Change lower to 0 and upper to 1 and see if that helps.. Those numbers are the number lf layers to leave as space between the buildplate or part at the bottom and top of the support

When you change layer heights for example look at the other layer options that change with the highest
Your print has a lot of issiues, but the problem you ate talking about is ghosting, your printer is vibrating. You can reduce the speed or acceleration or you can make the printer more sturdy
The option to add dense infill under the top layer is amazing but it would also be amazing if it would be possible to add dense infill on top of the bottom layer, for example above larger overhangs.
I tried to print this model: 2.jpg Simplify is slicing it like this: 1.jpg Cura would slice it like this: 3.jpg I already tried a lot of different settings in Simplify but the slicing behavior is always the same. I even tried to reduce the Nozzle size and the extrusion with to 0,1 but the outcome is...
