I'm not going to say this place is dead but you may have better luck contacting S3D's support thru their main website. I was able to get immediate assistance over there.
Have you tried QIDI Studio or Orca Slicer? I have never had that printer but going by quick search showing it first became available in 2025, it might be worth sticking to manf. slicer recommendation.
been along time since v4 as well as I quit using S3D v5 some time ago with my P1P and K1 Max due to I feel the manf more than likely provides the best config with these newer types of printers.
