Re: v5.0.2 crashes

Another client of ours confirmed that the software shutdown was indeed brought on by their anti-virus application. I think Sophos was what they were using. They could clearly observe that the programme functioned properly as long as the anti-virus was turned off or the proper exception was applied.

Re: Trouble Above Supports

My usual rule of thumb is to thicken the layers if the supported build ties to the support are too tight. Reduce layer height if the construction on top of the support is disorganised. The only tool you have to make fine modifications to the support separation is changing the layer height since supp...

Re: Infill Type Question.

The short explanation is that low infill percentages are often employed with gyroid. Gyroid produces files that are several gigabytes in size and are too huge to preview in any programme if the infill percentage is set to a value that is too high while working with really large sections.

Re: Trouble Above Supports

The portion won't contact the support until it sags quite a bit since the factory file still has a three layer support gap on a.27mm layer height. The filament won't fuse with the support as much if you have your bridges dialled in better, allowing you to move the support closer to the component.

Employ three to four shells as well; the walls are less prone to warp the stiffer they are. The infill ext width and percent can also be changed. Reduce the infill ext width to about 75%, then change the infill percentage to reach the desired amount . The infill walls should be more flexible and thi...

Re: Trouble Above Supports

I'll try the thick supports again even though I've tried them previously and they've worked in the past, despite being difficult to remove. I'm now producing a second print using the factory file that is provided below. The main issue is that the print process already takes too long . Even after upg...
