Change extrusion with for support

Hello,
is there a way to change the width of the extrusion for support similar to "infill extrusion width"?

Thanks

Re: Y-axis short

Often this is a mechanical problem. You have to correct this in the printer's firmware. How exactly would you "correct" a mechanical problem in firmware? Before using less than ideal workarounds like skew correction I'd recommended fixing the problem. Not trying to mask it. I mean mechani...

Re: Y-axis short

Often this is a mechanical problem. You have to correct this in the printer's firmware. Before doing so, you can check the STL file with an STL viewer to see whether the problem comes from the printer or slicer. Unfortunately, Simplify3D only has the option of compensating for a length error for the...

Re: Official Neptune 4 profiles seems to be incorrect

Looking at your photos, it definitely seems like there is something else more significantly wrong than just speed settings. Can you post the 2 gcode files that you printed for those tests? We have already discussed the problem here: https://forum.simplify3d.com/viewtopic.php?t=23213 I had already i...

Re: Official Neptune 4 profiles seems to be incorrect

See above. The stock profile uses conservative speeds, but you can adjust it to whatever you want with a single setting. Curious, what speeds have you been using that are so different? I had already asked about this elsewhere. I print at 150 mm/s. Simply changing the “Default Printing Speed” is not...

Re: Official Neptune 4 profiles seems to be incorrect

Why did they issue an official Neptune 4 profile with totally messed up speeds? All the speeds and accelerationsare way too slow for the machine capacity, so what was actually done when they created this profile? Only a bed size? I just wonder if this profile can be trusted and was it tested? I can...

I have the same problem?
Is there a solution to the problem in the meantime?

Re: Neptune 4 Pro Print Files

Hello all, When I was printing from Cura I would get a usable file to load into Neptune 4 Pro and it would print, when I am using Simplify3d and save the file to drive the Neptune 4 Pro is not recognizing the gcode and does not print anything. Is there a setting that I have missed somewhere to make...
