This is 100% a SOPHOS issue and not S3D! I was fighting the exact same issues for weeks! If you can`t manage the IT department, you might just check the setting "properties" in sophos! You can select a box there to dissable sophos for 4 hours + deselect all functions. This will fix the is...

This sounds more like a problem that many of our customers have experienced with Sophos, where changes to the profile gets reverted/not saved. Ok I found why this was a problem. This Brim problem, which cannot be set to 0 offset, is only happening to v5.1.2. I downloaded the v5.1.1 and it's working well for me.
