We do use Sophos, but I can't turn that off on our company computer.

Makerbot Method Support Material

I am unable to get the support material to adhere to the model material using Simplify3D. It works with CloudPrint so it's not a material issue. It seems to be either moving too fast or not extruding fast enough. Even in the Ooze Shield it has trouble. In the profile settings, I have tried adjusting...
