The FlashForge Creator Pro 2 profile is already directly available in Help > Configuration Assistant. We've tested and printed with it in house with no issues.

It's working fine on our end and we haven't heard any other reports of issues from customers. Is it possible something like a firewall might be blocking the network communication just on your local computer?

I see it in the config assistant but it "fails to download" It seems none of the Flashforge profiles can be downloaded from your server right now .....

Have you tried going back to Help > Configuration Assistant to download the stock Creator 3 Pro profile a second time?

If that still doesn't work, can you attach gx files from both software programs so that it will be easier to see what changes might have been made to affect the fan control?
