It looks as if you have Win10 on your Dell. There's a Windows App called 3DBuilder.....download it! Loading an stl file into 3DBuilder gets automatically checked.....and if any errors are found, it prompts to repair them. Do so....then use Saves As to save the file ...

Just to clarify what S3D-Alex has said....

The download page indicates the latest release is 4.1......but when you do the actual download, the downloaded version is 4.1.2.

This needs sorting out as it can be very confusing!!!!!

And have you contacted Support as they requested....and provided them with any diagnostic information to allow them to identify what your real issue is, and so on...and so on??

S3D DOES support multiple printers...and it is VERY EASY to do.

Use the Configuration Assistant to download the default set of printer profiles for your second printer. The profiles for your first printer WILL NOT be deleted.

Don't believe me? Sorry, there's nothing I can do about that!

I've never uninstalled a release of S3D yet. Consequently, I have every release from v3.0.1 available to run at will.

Totally agree with the sentiment here!!!! This release does have a lot of issues that could....and would....have been picked up by a programme of user beta testing. The changes obviously have all been tested and proven to work......but the impact of those changes on the existing functionality appear...
