Re: Printer pausing during prints

Thanks for the feedback everyone. We are aware that some user are having issues with this and are already looking into what changes occurred between 1.1.2/3/4 that might have had an impact. There are many different environments and operating systems that all perform differently, but I'm hopeful we w...

If you're getting blobs with the current release then it is most likely related to whatever slicing setting you are using and your specific hardware. Please start a new thread and include an image or two so we can ...

Re: Printer pausing during prints

The serial cache size represents the space on the Arduino for storing serial data before it is processed. In general, larger cache sizes mean faster and more robust transfers. The standard size used to be 127 bytes, but I believe Arduino 1.0 downgraded this to just 63 bytes to add extra programming ...

Re: Creator 1.1.4 Update

Great answer Dale, you beat me to it! ;) And about your last comment, you guys already supported us so we'll do whatever we can to add these requested features. We just have to be cognizant of the tradeoffs for other users. You hit the nail on the head Dale when you said it's a good system but there...

Re: CubeX

I'm attaching a .fff file that another customer was using with their CubeX. We don't have one in-house, so please use this with caution. You would also need to go to Tools > Firmware Configuration and select the included CubeX Firmware profile. After those changes, Creator should be producing the co...

Re: Error importing STL file incorrect binary format detecte

You can see a similar thread here ( http://www.forum.simplify3d.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=116 ). This warning essentially means that the binary STL files does not adhere to the defined standards, which you can read more about on that thread. Our next update already has some more tolerant importing for...
