Karl - Have you tried re-downloading version 1.1.3 based on the comment above? We made a fix today that should solve this, but it requires downloading v1.1.3 again and reinstalling.

If you are using support material, the raft and skirt outlines will be based on the complete 2D "flattened" outline of the part, which is what you're looking for.
