Customize accelerations about S3D in G code

Hello, I use already relatively long enthusiastically S3D to create my printed parts. Now however, I was at a point where I reached the limits many things and have iene solution sought to overcome these. I'm building me even very fast, stable and yet precise printer and they have more potential than...

Is there a limit to the size of G-codes

Hi, I now work with STL files, the G codes of yield more than 270MB. The calculation of course becomes slower, but I have the impression to approach slowly the border of what is possible through Simplify. Is there such a limit, or how can I get it that the software converts back faster? Greetings Ed...

Re: What do I do with Simplify with printers that can not sh

I'm working with a new printer is to allow me such a fine layer heights even faster to print with the same precision. The stability and the first printed results look as far from ideal though I've revised the printer. Only I have to wait a little longer, because I unfortunately had to complain about...

Re: What do I do with Simplify with printers that can not sh

Hi Michael, I hope I have now understood your question correctly to answer them. The size of the nozzle does not really matter for the quality of such large prints at low altitudes Layer. I use the 0.5mm nozzle to why mitder but relatively fast rate a larger quantity PLA to force in a shorter time b...

What do I do with Simplify with printers that can not should

Hi, I use some time Simplify and with this time is more and more experience. So I am working now to obtain very smooth surfaces at PLA and ABS almost exclusively with Layer heights below 0.1mm. So I have a NEO of German RepRap is not intended for such a thing. This I have a little overworked and esp...

Re: Printer will nonsensical way

The lockup a starting point does not resolve the problem, unfortunately, since this senseless process takes place within a layer and but I just can specify a starting point. If I wanted to do it manually, ih would require approximately 200 manual starting points per layer.

Printer will nonsensical way

Hi, I have the following problem that in some of my components bother me again and again and that comes to bear in a very particular. The printer does not work from the component in a truly meaningful order of the lines. I have a component in which this problem occurs especially here. http://up.picr...

Re: Specifying the amount of the current layer

Genau dabei sehe ich zwar i...

Re: Sequential printing within a process

Just as I thought so.
I have very often parts kits that are printed in a process and it would be an improvement.
