Re: Math in Fields

Here's one...

For some reason, I work in Imperial units. ;) When I bring these into S3D, the scale comes in like this...

It would be great if I could just add "*1.04" or whatever to any of those fields.

I'll pull together some others.

Math in Fields

I didn't see this specifically requested yet, so...

How about supporting math in numerical fields? I think this would be really handy for a lot of people.

Re: Infill offset

One thing I did not mention ….. If you have a separate process for each part, then the infill is centred on each part separately. I'm not seeing this behavior. With two models, my first process is set for all (let's say A and B) and the second for just one (B). Moving the first model (A) changes th...

Re: Infill offset

If we can't get direct control of the infill origin (main request), how about phantom objects (those that do not print)? ;)

Re: Infill offset

The infill is part of the print and is only related to the form of the model and bounded to the perimeters
I have not seen this to be the case. If you move a model, the perimeter shifts, but the infill shifts differently. See below.

I'd prefer to be able to control this.

Voids at Ends of Perimeters

The Blobs & Zits section in the Print Quality guide covers that well. How about what seems to be voids at the end of perimeters? We can't have negative values for Coasting, which would seem to be what I need, unless I'm incorrect about this being the end of the perimeter. Pic attached. I've tuned ou...

Re: start point - relative to model

Necro! I have often wanted to pick a point on a/each model versus a bed location.

Re: 3D movement view Bug Unwanted PAN motion mixed in with Rotate Motion

to exaggerate this effect make small circles while holding left click. the model will progressively move up screen relative constantly while you are moving with left click held
Wow. Never noticed until now, but confirmed on my end!

No attachment.

Check your Support Infill Percentage. May be too low? Also, try Dense Support.
