There is currently no way to duplicate multiple models with a single click. You can duplicate them individually and manually position them with offsets. I just did one to see how involved it was and it wasn't very difficult at all.

You may want to tune your hotend.

if you measure and mark the ends of 50mm of filament does extruding 50mm bring you exactly to that mark on the filament?

So what I would do is alter the default profile for your printer to have the first layer speed at the amount at which it works for you. When starting new print jobs just select the altered profile with the slower 1st layer speed.

We've tried that with no success. Why is the outside of the brim and the part profile sticking fine, but the interior of the brim isn't sticking right? If re-leveling your bed hasn't helped and printing slower fixes things I'd say make a separate process for your first few layers that prints much s...

If you have more than one model in the the one STL file, I don't thing S3D can split them and you'll only be able to apply the processes to the stl file and not the induvidual models within. I would suggest splitting them up. If you are using inventor I can tell you how. Splitting them up would def...
