Re: Infill overlap troubleshooting

Interesting!

Can you attach your factory file and g-code file then let me know what layers it is you're previewing?

Re: Robo3D R1 Plus X Crashing

Have you tried running the homing commands individually prior to the G29? I know my PrintrBot needed these to be run specifically prior to the G29.

Re: Camera creeps downwards while rotating view. profile: Builder Extreme 2000

I'm not sure what you mean exactly by camera creep. Do you mean it continues to move after you've stopped moving the mouse? Are you using the camera position shortcuts on the right hand menu? Do you have this issue with all files you preview and rotate? I've never used any printers as large as your ...

Re: Weird misalignment issue

Looks like you have a consistent layer shift along the Y axis. My suggestions would be to level the bed, check the belts, confirm that you're not over-extruding, and possibly turn on retraction vertical lift. Also S3D's tips on this subject can be found here: https://www.simplify3d.com/support/print...

Re: Retraction issue with dual printing

Hello everybody, this is my first post here at the S3D Forum. Short introduction: I am a 42 year old German engineer having a Replicator 2x with some mods like the E3DV6 and Titan Extruders with bowdens. For the last 5 years (i guess) i used MakerBot Desktop. I didn’t want to spend too much time on...

In my case no special characters. The .stl file was called MGCookiePress and I was trying to save the factory file as MGCookiePress.
What about the process names, profile name, starting/ending/retraction/layerchange/toolchange script contents? Are there tabs present in the scripts?

I don't own a Bolt Pro, but I'm familiar with Ultimaker 3 and all my issues with stringing or oozing were solved by following the tips here: https://www.simplify3d.com/support/prin ... -or-oozing

Re: Z dimension issues

Can you post your G-Code? It could have something to do with first layer settings and the way 0.2mm layer height as a result wouldn't divide into 20mm evenly after the first layer height is taken into account.

Re: Concentric Ext Fill Pattern - no bridging?

I can see this going both ways design-wise. Perhaps this is better off as a feature request? Something like a toggle for what ti do in that situation might work best.
