Re: Issue with supporting a horizontal circle

Re: Issue with supporting a horizontal circle

Honestly, I think you need to work on the rest of the print. I see a lot of issues beyond the circle. Get the overall print cleaned up and I think you will get a better circle. Open to suggestions as always for certain here, but honestly I think bad camera angle as they end up proper other than thi...

Re: Slicing never finished and getting stuck

Wonder if while slicing, it stores temp data on the local HD tht might be near capacity...shot in the dark. I think my slicer crashed only once on me when I tried to sliced a file that was pretty much near my over all limits and at like 80% infill. #rookiemistake with one of my first designs. What a...

Re: Holes not true circles and smaller than expected *PICS*

Re: Holes not true circles and smaller than expected *PICS*

It sort of scales the object.....what exactly it does is moves any vertical edge x mm in either or both of the X and Y axes. A value of -0.01mm will change the overall X and Y sizes of the object by 2 x 0.01mm. It will also increase the size of a hole (and the width of a cut-out in the side of the ...

Re: Holes not true circles and smaller than expected *PICS*

Try using a negative value in the "horizontal size compensation" field on the Other tab. This will reduce the sizing in the X and Y directions by the amount specified....useful for easing holes sizes by a small amount, but use with care as it reduces the overall sizes as well! So this is used to sc...
