check what changes with your linux when your licence is not working ... are the MAC addresses of your interfaces changing? your server ssh key ( /etc/ssh/ssh_host_* ) ? are you using mdraid? any other raid? ... is that a linux on bare metal or inside some vm?

jumped on this one it's a superb idea, the first original one I heard in years... the gradient infill by gradually placing infill itself is a rather old idea (weird that no one did it) but this what Stefan suggests, gradually changing the flow from 300 to 20% - or better from X% to Y% is something ...

"Merge all outlines into single solid model" can mess up the object big time (inside holes will be gone)

if you have windows 10, loading STL into 3D Builder app (free with win10), go select all, edit / merge and then export the fixed object :)

if you are not using multiple monitors then ignore this open regedit look under Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Simplify3D\S3D-Software find all keys named "geometry" (there and inside sub keys) and delete them start s3d if it start you suffer from same bug I do :( for me to reproduce the proble...
