Re: PLA below 225°C wont stick to bed

Could it be that the printer is misreading the temperature? It thinks that it's hotter than it is?

Re: Flash Forge Creator Pro Jitters

I have a Creator Pro and I don't think that I've seen this in a general sense. I have experienced times when printing "zig zag" infill that it will jitter, but I would have thought that was inevitable.

Do you have a factory file I could try on mine to see whether I see the same thing?

Re: S3D issues after Windows 10 Creator's update

Is this the original Creators Update or the new Fall Creators Update? I assume the latter, but it'd be good to be clear.

Re: Remote Desktop running printer

The licence permits you to install S3D on two machines (for this type of scenario, I assume). I'm doing this myself. I have one machine connected to the printer and another to queue up the next build and fine-tune the slicing before transferring the factory file to the "build" machine. Does that help?

Re: Crashing Constantly on Process Update

I've had this and managed to isolate it to when I'd managed to remove the infill or support angles and there was nothing set. Specifically, I had support angles set at +45/-45 and wanted to go back to 0. I removed the two 45s but got distracted and didn't add "0" back in. S3D didn't like this :-/ NB...

Re: Favorite settings tab

Can't you just save a different Factory file for each one and just load the appropriate one and import the model(s) to it?

I'd be interested in the answer to this too. I'm seeing similar effects.

Re: Adding glass plate to Creator pro

The first plate is on and working well. I just need to find the best way to fix it now. Ideally I want an easy solution which allows me to revert to the old surface if I want to. So, something which holds the glass above the existing surface. I have downloaded a number of the options from Thingivers...

Re: Adding glass plate to Creator pro

The only thing you may need to do is to make slight adjustments to the global-z position to fine tune the bed's vertical position in relation to the print nozzle....something you have to do whenever you change a nozzle. This is after you have got your bed level spot on! Thank you very much for such...
