Re: Strange printing speed with Simplify3D

I'm not sure about that, but I fear that some recent (silent?) updates had broken something.

For example:

Perimeters dependant Banding

Hi All, I'm experimenting a strange banding behaviour. In the attached image is showed 15x15x5 mm cube printed with a white TPU. From left to right you can see print results from same print parameters, except for setting 1, 2 and 3 perimeters. The print with just 1 perimeters is almost perfect, whil...

We will be posting more information about V5 as we get closer to the release. That includes new feature teasers!
Do what you want, by now, but PLEASE RELEASE THE V5 VERSION BEFORE DECEMBER 2019!
THank you.

Infil angle value relative to perimeters

Hi all, How to set an infill angle value that is relative to the perimeters direction and not to the bed? I think that actually is not possibile to achieve that (maybe should become a feature request?), but this sort of option would be so useful because in some situations the obtained infil patter i...

Re: Paid upgrade For 2019 upcoming Version 5.0

That's a lofty goal and very wishful thinking... Hi StealthPrint, thank you for your reply. Don't get me wrong, you are making truly reasonable assumptions, but I'm speaking about facts. The facts show that we know knothing about the V5 , so I hope to see the new release before december 2019 , main...

You don't understand why they're so quiet? Really??
I understand you.
But the truth, for better or worse, is that we actually know nothing about the coming release. So, in my view, the important thing is to see the V5 version released before december 2019, than users will judge it.

Re: automatic one line print on the side

Hi phonoptics,
I strongly recommend you to learn the basics of G-code, for the sake of your 3D print activities!

http://marlinfw.org/meta/gcode/
https://reprap.org/wiki/G-code
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/G-code

Have a good print.

Thanks for illuminating that, dkightley!
(However, it's an unfortunate behaviour because restricts some truly interesting realizations.)
