I was also lost my all profiles... now I have the backup version on the desktop and my server. I'm more clever right now ;) Yes 4.1 is crap. But they repair it. I have Raise 3D with Idea Maker software and believe me or not I need to wait for updates little longer and overall slicer is crap. But mac...

You can also increase separation layer amount. Sometimes 2 is not enough but wit 3 is easy to peel it off

Is very simple, you just choose infill pattern: concentric... so this is the issue.
