Re: Small voids on layer change / where walls meet infill

I think it is sink (to use a molding term) where the plastic cools and pulls in. Try cooler, slower, or more fan.

Fusion 360 is not "web based" but rather heavily leveraging Cloud/web for storage.
Can you store locally instead?

Re: CAD Recommendation to use with S3D

I use Alibre Design. Their $200 version is great for hobbyists. I have had no issues importing into S3D. Once in a while I have had to repair a file, but that is extremely rare.

I have two printers: A Fabrikator Mini V2 and a Creality CR-10S. How do I add another profile to switch between them?
Did you get the fabrikator to connect? Mine won't, although repetier works great.

Thanks

Re: Fabrikator 2 mini not connecting

Did you ever get it to work? I got one, and it s3d won't work with it, but repetier works fine.

I'd appreciate suggestions.

Re: cull prime pillar

It seems to make more sense to make it the opposite--"continue pillar with final extruder" or something like that, default to off. But yes, this is definitely a +1

That does look like the rails are probably higher quality, and a good size; if it had a frame for protection, it would be perfect.

Re: looking for high quality small printer suggestions

arhi, thanks, that Fabrikator mini 2 seems to be just what I am looking for.

I already have a form 1+, but the parts are too fragile for what I need.

how fast does PLA degrade?

How long will a PLA part last, just sitting on a counter or in a drawer? Has anybody had one degrade?

Thanks!
