You could try setting the support angles to 0 and 90 degrees (instead of the 0 degree only default). That will print a criss-cross pattern that seems to help for some of the taller prints I have done.

So you said they are actual gaps or holes right? If so, you could try actually increasing the extra restart distance. For example, set it to +0.2mm and see if that makes a difference. If not, try 0.4, 0.6, etc until the holes are filled in.

The colors are labeled on the left of the image you posted. Different shades of blue do not mean different quality levels. It just means you are printing a flat layer that has an outer perimeter, inner perimeters, and then solid fill in the middle.

Your photo looks normal to me.

If you look through the beginning of your gcode file, do you see a large "G1 Exxx" command? That would at least let you know which command is causing the retraction. Then you can investigate why that command is behaving differently.

That probably just means that you need to adjust your retraction settings. Perhaps you are using too much coasting, or too big of a negative extra restart distance.

I know on my profile for my MK2 the update firmware check, is NOT checked. That is how the profile came. I have the same machine. The stock profile in S3D from the configuration assistant already has this option enabled, so if it's disabled for you, then you must have changed it. In fact, looking a...

So yes I can reset it and it does fix the issue but I would consider it a bug. It isn't a bug, it just means you have the "update firmware configuration" option disabled on the G-Code tab. It's already enabled for every profile I have downloaded from S3D, so not sure why you would want it...

Ok, well it's going to be hard to help if you don't provide any of your settings. Can you post one of your problematic profiles that is not putting in the right commands? And let us know what printer that profile is used for.
