Re: FlashForge Creator Pro Alignment Problem

There's a starting g-code for makerbot style machines included in their profile. They also have a preconfigured profile for the FlashForge Creator Pro, go to Help > Configuration Assitant and select the Flashforge creator pro to get the proper profile

Re: Only thin air remains!

the walls around the loop may be too thin. A good way to see if that's the case is lowering your extrusion width/nozzle size down to something extremely small that you know your printer can't print, but if the print previewer shows the missing piece after lowering those settings, it's most likely du...

Re: DaVinciXYZ Printer shuts down during upload

in the scripts tab, in post processing under the prepend script, put in: {REPLACE "\n" "\r\n"} Where do I find this? I went into "edit process settings" > "scripts" > "end scripting." Here is what I have there: M103 ; turn off extruder and retraction M104 S0 ; turn off extruder M140 S0 ; turn off b...

Re: Cartridge Error on Da VInci 2.0 Should I move to Repeti

that really stinks! I've never had my da vinci do that to me mid-print, the only time I've ever sexperienced this was before a print, somehow the machine didnt read the cartridge properly, or the connector on the filament cartridge chip was not entirely in contact with the reader on the machine, but...

Re: Second extruder pulling up first layer

This means your extruders aren't level and that your left extruder is at a lower point than your right extruder, causing it to drag. I personally owuld recommend fixing this hardware issue by diassembling the carriage and extruder assembly and raising the left hot end up a smidgen, although not ever...

Re: Cubex Trio with Rumba and Marlin

Awesome! If you could provide a few pics and maybe a quick instructional, I'm sure that would be really helpful to many who want to turn their expensive CubeX/CubePro 3D printers into actually useful printers! At this point I would just run through the standard RepRap calibration process http://repr...

Re: CubePro Compatibility

Hmm, for some reason I'm getting a "file protected" error when I give this to the printer. Weird because I did a diff on the two files and didn't see any difference in the headers. I'll try again in the morning. I was getting this too, until I tried the new profiles provided in tip of the day 30, i...

Re: Gmax Extruder is not lifting up before heating up

can you post a g-code file? If it burnt a dent into your bed, was your hot end below your Z=0 point before the print started? or if it's digging into the bed traveling to the first printing point after homing, go to the starting script and after the G28, add in a line like: G1 Z10 F3600 ; move extru...

Re: Overlapiing When Using Dual Extrusion

Is that white extruder doing that whilst the orange extruder is printing the raft? It could just be that you're seeing the white hotend just leaking while the orange one is printing. If you look at the print previewer and turn on color of the preview by active toolhead, you shoudl see if it's actual...
