Re: question about Profiles

Load up your saved factory file that has your developed profile within it. Note I said "within it".....I'll come back to this in a sec! View the profile you are wanting to use in the new factory file.....and within the settings tab, save the profile by clicking on the "Update Profile" button.....now...

Re: Bug while generating support

No way is this a bug. It is 100% the settings used!!!

Try changing the Max Overhang Angle in the Support tab...

45 will give some support under the angles
40 will max out the support for the shape.

Re: Bug while generating support

We're going to need your factory file to be able to debug what's going on. There may be an issue with your shape file, it may be an issue with the auto-support generation, it may be .........get my point?

Re: Why are the first 2-3 layers printing faster?

The best way of someone being able to help you would be for you to save a Factory File of the part and profile permutation where you're getting this issue ....and attach to a post.

Re: Under Extrusion at the Start of Solid Infill

Firstly...your picture isn't showing. Avoid messing around linking to a third party image site - use the built-in attachment feature using the little square button to the right of "Options" prompt at the bottom of the entry page. If you're relatively new, then fiddling with all of the settings you'v...

Re: Bed-nozzle height

Don't get hung up on getting accuracy when setting the bed to nozzle distance... Set it using a "known" gauge, and then use the Global-Z adjustment (GCode tab of settings) to fine tune the gap so that you get good adhesion of prints without getting the "elephants foot" effect, where plastic is squid...

Re: Coming from Cura, not able to get full brim. (PETG)

When you post your addn prints later, please sort out the above prints...They're not showing.

Try adding files directly as attachments, and don't use links to photo sites ...or to the hard drive on your own PC.

Re: Missing tools

If you've saved your print jobs as factory files....or still have the gcode files, then they both contain all the profile data within them. I've always utilised factory files.....and have never ever lost a profile in seven years. And saving as factory files makes it super easy to reprint anything. J...
