Yes you need move objects and increase the gaps between them.

Did you change something with Zaxis levelling in Raise Pro profile? I was perfectly levelled bed but after update is higher... it could be hardware issue but is weird.

Extruder cooling when you print dual. Check Idea Maker for this feature. You can also choose cooling or warming place on the bed.

It should be composite part in STL file. Try to change it from CAD software. It should help. Or you can use some STL repair www site.

Some issues in STL file. Gaps probably. If you use advanced tab and you change parameters in Thin Wall Behavior everything change is better. But also not perfect.

Very good idea indeed. Export import one profile to saved factory file. For example I have some sets saved in factory file, but I want to download to other printer... to use it.
