are you printing from an sd card or from the computer? sd card is the way to go.

If it was designed level like festus said then hit the arrange button. That will lay it on the bed. After that just move or rotate the x and y axis by entering the coords.

Double click the part and enter the coords to move.

its just infilling in a thin or tight area zig zagging back and forth. its kinda what its supposed to do. it will all vary depending on the specific part you are making. if you know you have an area like this you can increase the number of walls enough to be almost solid in that area.

hey chuck, thanks and thats what i thought but using a feeler gauge i have the bed set at .007 and thats about .2mm and my first layer i have tried everywhere from 85%-150%. it really seems like my first few layers dont go down smooth and with a rough surface my ext tip is hitting all the irregulari...
