Purchased the software but got no access

Hello, Tonight I paid the $149.00 for a 3DSimplify license but never got any emails or conformation or anything. However, I have verified that they have successfully put the $149.00 on my credit card as it is now in my account as pending. Anyone know anything I can do since tomorrow is Thanksgiving ...

Re: Cancelled purchase - charge still pending

Thank you!

That was very nice of you.

Simplify3D is awesome. I can't wait.

I'm a total noob to 3D but was able to print a perfect build of my design with S3D. That speaks volumes.

Cancelled purchase - charge still pending

I purchased S3D two days ago when I got my first 3D printer. The next day, I had to return the printer. Because it would use up all my "Trial" period during the time I'm waiting for a replacement, I cancelled my trial of the software. I really like the software and plan to purchase it again when I h...

Re: Extruder Failure - Could Simplify3D software Have Caused

That's what I was hoping to hear. As far as I know, noone else that has bought one of these printers from MonoPrice has ever had that issue, I just got VERY lucky. So, they're sending me another and their response has been above average and very quick. I would deal with them again. Also, the printer...

Re: Looking For a New Printer

MonoPrice has a FlashForge Creator Pro clone that I bought and it prints very good prints and meets every item on your list....all at an unbeatable price. It's the exact same. Actually, the FlashForge Creator Pro is a MakerBot clone. So in China, everything is a clone of something. Both printers com...

Extruder Failure - Could Simplify3D software Have Caused It?

Hello, I have a two day old FlashForge Creator X Clone from MonoPrice. On the third print I had a complete extruder failure. At first it overheated (280C, then 405C) (or so it said on the panel) I'm not sure it really got that hot. Anyway, on the 2nd print using Simplify3D, the extruder overheated a...

Supports are VERY hard to remove

Hi,

1). Is there a way to make supports easier to remove? Sometimes I think I'm going to break the build removing the supports.
