Three things you can add and I (at least) will not need to use CURA again.
1) TREE SUPPORTS
2) First layer flow control setting.
3) Octoprint and Duet direct network support.

Maybe it would be useful to have an option in the installer to uninstall all prior versions first. However, you can always just run uninstall.app in the folder for any old versions you want to remove. The fact that you can add your own custom categories in V5 is definitely a big improvement. In V4 you could only use the stock Material or Quality categories. Now you can add any category you want then use the "Assign settings to categories" option to choose which settings will be changed...
