Re: Possible Bug on Infill

You are correct. Right now the input is restricted to 0-360 degrees. You could enter "315" instead of "-45" and it should do the same thing. I'll make sure we allow negative input angles for the next update though. Thanks for the request!

Re: Manually Overriding the endstop

I'm assuming you are referring to the minimum software endstops. You would not want to override the minimum hardware endstops since that would mean parts crashing into each other. The minimum software endstops are handled in the firmware, so if you want to disable them, you can do that in your Confi...

Re: One build process multiple model with different settings

I believe what you are looking for is the "Select Models" button in the bottom left of your FFF Settings dialog. That will let you choose what models a specific process applies to.

Re: I like this package but need some help...

Hey everyone, I'll be happy to dig into this issue for you to try to figure out what's going on. Can you do me a favor and try to put together a simple .factory file that illustrates the problem? The simpler the part and setup, the better. You can export a .factory file by going to File > Save Facto...

Re: Makerbot 2x(Sailfish) Basic setup

The main thing to keep in mind is that the Rep2/2x use a zero position in the middle of the bed. I have a feeling your problem is coming from the fact that you are using both a G10 offset and a G-Code X/Y offset to account for this fact. The G10 offset is placed in your start gcode and it is impleme...

Re: Coast at end, what does it actually do ?

So theoretically, we printed the exact same part using the exact same settings (our photo was default PLA, Medium quality, no coast). We have also printed plenty of those using the stock MakerGear black PLA and get the same results. So really all that's left at this point is machine or material vari...

You can post the factory file on the forum by clicking the "Upload attachment" tab, browsing for the file, and clicking "Add the file" after you have selected it.

Re: The last

Have you tried printing that part using the standard settings that come with the software? We had some spare time on a few of the printers over the weekend, so I went ahead and printed the part your are having trouble with on a few of our machines. I only used the exact stock settings with stock fil...

Re: No x or y axis data in gcode for layer 2+

The Make Magazine torture test can be challenging so you definitely have the right idea dialing in your settings on some simplified parts first! If you want to do a single wall print, just use an STL file like this one ( http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:68445 ) and set your infill percentage to 0% a...
