But what about the "Rectraction Speed" in the Ooze Control settings ?

Hi, maybe you forgott to adjust the coloring for "feature type" ? Unfortunately, Simplify do the bridging outlines with same speed as "normal" outlines. You can not see the "real" bridging in your picture ! Bridging is displayed as yellow straigth lines . Post the .stl ...

Hi,
I'm not sure, if your Firmware support M133 (stabilize Temperature).
I think M133 is for makerbot Firmware...
Try M109 instead.

Use a separate process for the first layer with fixed values.
Works fine for me...
Be sure to use 2 bottom layers !
