Keep file names short, and no special characters.

Try 3dHubs, this isn't something that you just "embed some code" on a site to do it.

Re: V4 Gcode viewer orbit super slow!!!

Make sure the correct GPU is being used. It defaults to the onboard chipset, needs to be set to your higher end GPU. Interesting. I don't even know without looking that my old i7 880 even has an internal GPU. If it does, it would be dog slow for sure. How do you change which GPU it is using? Thanks...

Re: V4 Gcode viewer orbit super slow!!!

Seems to work the exact same for me. 4.0 is just as fast as 3.1. You might want to double-check that you are actually loading the same file. The easiest way to do that would be to just export your gcode file, then go to File > Preview G-Code File to load it into each program. If I import any gcode ...

Re: Malware warning?

Ya I had to turn Avast off for 10 minutes until I got 4.0 installed. It is fine as far as Malware goes. I frequently get a "Low Reputation" warning from my anti-virus program when I install new releases like this, so you might want to check and see what the warning is. For example, my Avast scanning...

Re: Graphics bug with HI-Res/4K monitor

This is could be a driver issue or it could be with the port you are connecting to on the card. For 4K 60Hz you really need to use the display port or HDMI 2.0. You can try reducing the refresh to something around 30 and see, and/or reduce the resolution down to 2560X1440. I really doubt it is S3D....

Re: STL Not Importing from Older 3D Software (Inventor 2009)

Windows 10 has some new 3d tools if you have that. I've had luck opening STLs that wouldn't quite be right and resaving in 3d Builder (part of windows 10). Past that there is netfabb online that you can upload the STL to and try to repair.

Re: Extruder and Bed Dont heat at same time!

It isn't that big of waste of time, the build plate can take up to 8 minutes or so to fully heat and the hotend takes about 1-2 minutes. If you are doing hour to 2 hour or longer prints that is a small fraction of the time of the total print process. I can see it being a big time waster if all of yo...
