Gap Fill doesn't work in some cases

Hi together, I can print out really excelent quality with my Mankati and S3D. Normally I have no proplems with gaps, when the walls are more than 3 mm wide. Now I needed some parts, realy strong and solid printed, but the 2 mm walls end have a gap like the old problem with thin walls. I can look thr...

Re: Didn't print raft

Problem is nearly solved !!! I have found out what is causing the fault, but not the reason why S3D has such a reaction and doesn't print the raft. It is a drawn rectangle in the workplane-level outside the object. But it is not a surface, it has no height or depth and no capacity. I can not tag it...

Re: Didn't print raft

Hi @ all. .... Attachments - 3 pcs and factory-file I had attached the facrory-file but where is it ??? A new one here from this object, but it is not the same (SD formatted after writing to this forum)! Now the gcode shows for layer 1 Z = 0.6. I would say, when Z = 1.65 is a fault and prints in pl...

Didn't print raft

Hi @ all. I have to print out an objekt with skirt, raft and support. The preview mode shows all as well but the gcode begins without skirt/raft at a high of Z = 1.65 mm I have no idea what happens. Re: Center and Arrange not centering

Have a look to the Model Settings (dobble-click on the object) and there to Object Size Dimensions. If this values are greather than the real objekt, there ist a rest of construction (perhaps only a little point ...) in the orbit. Creating the STL-file, both parts will be calculate as an one solide ...

Re: Tip of the Day 18 - Advanced Tab, a technical analysis

Hi,

I can not change the value of Extruder Ooze Rate (default 100 mm/s).
After checking OK-Button and reopen Advanced the new value ist allways re-changed to 100.

Best regards

Re: Importing to messed up scaling

... so it happend to me some weeks ago (ViaCad). There was a second pinpoint object in a great distance I couldn't see it on the screen. Look to the "Model Setting"-window / "Object Size Dimensions", if the values there are greater than estimated, there is something flying in the...

Re: Support ist looking across the object

Hi JimC, that is the manuell support and it comes every time in a characteristic angle of 45 up to nearly 90°, related to my selfmade object. But you are right, it doesn't appear when the pillar is narrower than 4 mm. With 1,2 and 3 mm nothing happens. But the print of such small support-pillars is ...
