Hi Wirlybird, the issue may be existing in the older version or it is more tolerant against this construction failure . What you see is the foundation of your screw towers and the boring is not going through the first layer. Your model is laying on level -1.00 mm and starts to print the first layer ...

Why is the software asking for the nozzle diameter, if it produces the same gcode whatever diameter you choose ??? Thanks ... that's easy ! The diameter is only needed for the calculation of the "Auto Extrusion Width" in the tab Extruders what makes 120% of the nozzles width. E.g. a stand...

Principally there is no problem, it will be a setting, perhaps Extra Inflation Distance > zero?
