Hi Vincent,

Welcome to the Simplify3D Forums. Have you tried unchecking Advanced tab > "Merge all outlines into a single solid model"? Also, you may want to turn off the prime pillar for single material prints like this.

Welcome to the Simplify3D forum! You can resize in a several different ways inside Simplify3D. The last two represent much more rare cases but still alter the dimensions of the model.
