Re: 4.1

1) Wow, that shows real confidence in your product update.

2) Thank goodness given all the apparent issues. I might even bother to try it now before 4.1.1. ships.

This looks as if it might be a show-stopper for the release!!!! I may have to stop using v4.1.0 until this one issue is fixed!
Yep, I guess I won't be updating :-(

I consider this as being a long-standing deficiency (call it a bug if you like) that needs addressing NOW and not an idea for improvement that may or may not be considered for a future release!
Wish I could "upvote" comments like this..

Re: S3D Mac repetitive console error message

Any chance that "navd" is Symantec garbage software not playing well with S3D? This might explain why some see this and some don't.

Re: Multiple models?

Yes, you can over write if not careful. So if you have three open that are the same and you want to only save number 1 then do not "update" settings in 2 or 3 and make sure to close 1 last. Also make sure 1 doesn't say "modified". A lot of the time I will have 2-4 prints waiting...

Re: Multiple models?

open your terminal then run the following: open -n /Applications/Simplify3D-4.0.1/Simplify3D.app/ Thanks... Safe to assume that unpredictable things happen if you have the same factory file open in multiple instances of S3D? Not the least of which they would overwrite each other's settings changes....

Works fine.
Not on a Mac apparently. I tried that both by opening another file and by trying to open the app a second time.
