Well in the short term, it looks like this problem is only related to printing while temperature monitoring is turned ON. To get around this: Print with temperature monitoring turned OFF Print from SD Card In reality, not having temperature monitoring during a build isn't much of a loss since Creato...

Re: Filament Extrusion/Retraction Method

Nice, I like that idea! Especially useful for the extruder. Saves you from having to enter a minus sign every time you want to back up.

Re: Filament Extrusion/Retraction Method

If you bring up the Machine Control Panel (Ctrl-P or Command-P on a Mac), you can select the Extruder axis. In particular for the extruder, I would suggest using the "Custom Jog" button to move a specified distance. For example select Extruder axis and enter 225mm/min for the speed. Then e...

Re: ETA of Download Link after purchasing.

MakerGear has been sending me purchase orders about once a day so I suspect you will have it by tomorrow. If you want it quicker than that, you can always email MakerGear and ask them to send me your info (since all you purchased was software). I'll send you the download information as soon as I get...

Re: "Undo" Function?

I expect MakerGear will be updating their "Getting Started" guide to include the Creator software. We also plan to put together a complete set of video tutorials to walk you through common tasks. Our plan is to release those one at a time as we get them finished. The support page will be u...
