Re: Creality CR10 Speed

I just discovered that I can change the feed rate by twiddling the knob on the printers control panel. This resolves ther issue when I'm watching the printer, however swhould I be scripting this in the configuration?

Creality CR10 Speed

I have a new Creality CR10 printer. All working fine but there is one problem that I don't understand. After printing for several hours the printer slows right down to a crawl. I've configured the feed rate to be about 90mm/second, and though it starts up at that rate it appears to slow down to just...

Re: CR-10 GCode issues regarding adhesion to glass.

I just got a CR10 and whilst I am very pleased with it the one problem I've noted is that the heated bed tops out at around 90 degrees - I have always used 110 degrees when printing with ABS and frankly the heated bed would take forever to get up there. My experience of ABS is that it doesn't stick ...

Triple Extruders?

I'm viewing the option of using a Diamond extruder, which offers use of triple filament.

As far as I know, S3D doesn't support triple extruders.

Is there any support for triple extruders?

v4 Issues

1) On the download page the link explaining new features doesn't do anything so I have no idea what has changed. 2) When drawing the 1st layer with 2 shells, the shells are treated as separate objects, causing the nozzle to lift and presumably retract filament. It then drops to perform the 2nd shell...

Macros Do Not Save

Something I continually find annoying is that macros defined in firmwarev setup seem very unsticky. Somdetumes they save okay, and then they disappear and I've no idea why. I can appreciate that setting up a new printer would initialize the macros, but why would the macros vapourise if I haven't cha...

Unable To Connect

I have set up a new PC - Windows 10, Wanhoa Duplicator 4S, S3D. On first attempt when I tried to print S3D informed me via a popup that the requested printer did not support X3G, when it does. All subsequent attempts to print showS3G informing me that printing is taking place, but there is no activi...

Macro Definition Bug

Tools Menu : Firmware Configuration : Macros Tab

Although the macro commands are saved, the Macro Name is not. They aren't saved, and on the machine control panel they are shown as Macro 1, Macro 2 and Macro 3.

This appears to be the case regardless of which machine type is selected.

Unlicensed Error

I was using my S3D system earlier today without a problem. However when I restarted it a short time ago I was greeted by a dialog gthat the maximum number of licenses had been reached. I popped over to the deactivate web page - and when I tried to deactivate a license it told me that deactivation wa...
